Not my order

I am extremely disappointed in my order. Not only did it not arrive on time for my friend’s bachelorette trip due to delays in communication and shipping, but when it did arrive, it is someone else’s order. I have no idea who this man is. I placed my order months in advance. I have reached out to the company to try to get my actual order with no response.
