Refund policy
Since our products are handmade, sometimes custom-made, and made-to-order there are NO refunds. Of course that excludes if you get the product broken, missing, or not get it at all. If you got broken products, you need to tell us within a week of receiving them. In that case, a refund or a replacement will be issued immediately.
We also accept cancelations within ONE HOUR of purchasing.
